About The Position

The Shift Supervisor Level 2 position is a full-time role responsible for providing excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining the site. This role requires the ability to perform all CSR and Supervisor 1 Level duties, work weekends, demonstrate responsibility in the absence of the Site Manager, and enforce all safety policies. The supervisor must understand the functions of all chemical room equipment, assist with repairs, and be able to clean out solenoids. Additionally, the position involves opening/closing procedures and basic troubleshooting.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills including active listening.
  • Excellent sales and customer service skills.
  • Ability to anticipate customer needs.
  • Ability to recommend different wash memberships to customers.
  • Ability to work as a team.
  • Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn a point of sales system.
  • Strong work ethic and professional attitude.
  • Ability to perform essential duties and physical functions.
  • Ability to work in the conditions described.
  • Ability to work in damp and humid conditions.
  • Ability to work in outdoor variable weather conditions.
  • Ability to lift and/or move objects up to 25lbs on a regular basis and occasionally up to 50lbs.
  • Ability to work with minimum direction and periodic supervision.

Nice To Haves

  • Customer service and some Car Wash experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provides prompt excellent customer service in a courteous, friendly and attentive manner.
  • Greets customers, answers questions, and explains wash options.
  • Ensures customers are satisfied and reports any inquiries, incidents, and issues in a timely manner.
  • Satisfactorily completes all CSR and Supervisor 1 Level job duties.
  • Works weekends.
  • Demonstrates responsibility while Site Manager is off site.
  • Enforces all safety policies.
  • Understands the functions of all chemical room equipment.
  • Assists Site Manager with tunnel and chemical room equipment repairs.
  • Cleans out solenoids.
  • Reports to work on time and follows the dress and appearance code.
  • Performs customer interaction (60%).
  • Performs site upkeep (cleaning/maintaining) (30%).
  • Performs opening/closing procedures (5%).
  • Performs basic troubleshooting (5%).
