About The Position

The Shift Supervisor Level 2 is responsible for providing excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enforcing safety policies. This role requires the ability to work independently with minimum direction and periodic supervision, and to perform all CSR and Supervisor 1 Level job duties. The position involves significant customer interaction, site upkeep, opening/closing procedures, and basic troubleshooting of car wash equipment.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Excellent communication skills including active listening.
• Excellent sales and customer service skills.
• Ability to anticipate customer needs.
• Ability to recommend different wash memberships to customers.
• Ability to work as a team.
• Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn a point of sales system.
• Strong work ethic and professional attitude.
• Ability to perform essential duties and physical functions.
• Ability to work in damp, humid, and outdoor variable weather conditions.
• Ability to lift and/or move objects up to 25lbs on a regular basis and occasionally up to 50lbs.
• Ability to work with minimum direction and periodic supervision.
• Required to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as hearing, eye, foot, and hand protection.
• Adheres to OSHA safety guidelines and protocols.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

• Provides prompt excellent customer service in a courteous, friendly and attentive manner.
• Greets customers, answers questions, and explains wash options.
• Ensures customers are satisfied and reports any inquiries, incidents, and issues in a timely manner.
• Satisfactorily completes all CSR and Supervisor 1 Level job duties.
• Works weekends.
• Demonstrates responsibility while Site Manager is off site.
• Enforces all safety policies.
• Understands the functions of all chemical room equipment.
• Assists Site Manager with tunnel and chemical room equipment repairs.
• Cleans out solenoid.
• Reports to work on time and follows the dress and appearance code.
• Performs duties related to customer interaction (60%), site upkeep (30%), opening/closing procedures (5%), and basic troubleshooting (5%).
