About The Position

The Shift Supervisor Level 1 is responsible for providing excellent customer service, ensuring site upkeep, and performing basic troubleshooting. This role requires the ability to work with minimum direction and periodic supervision, and to demonstrate responsibility while the Site Manager is off-site. The position includes customer interaction, site upkeep, opening/closing procedures, and basic troubleshooting.

Requirements

Minimum 6 months as CWA before advancement.
High School diploma or GED preferred.
Excellent communication skills including active listening.
Excellent sales and customer service skills.
Ability to anticipate customer needs.
Able to work weekends.
Able to demonstrate responsibility while Site Manager is off site.
Understands the functions of all chemical room equipment.
Must adhere to OSHA safety guidelines and protocols.
Required to wear Personal Protective Equipment (hearing, eye, foot, hand protection).

Nice To Haves

Customer service and some Car Wash experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Provides prompt excellent customer service in a courteous, friendly, and attentive manner.
Greets customers, answers questions, and explains wash options.
Ensures customer satisfaction and reports any inquiries, incidents, or issues in a timely manner.
Completes all Car Wash Attendant job duties.
Troubleshoots basic XPT and DRB issues and follows "DRB Protocol".
Reads "Supervisor Level DRB" training course.
Attends Preventative Maintenance Training and completes 5 Day Preventative Maintenance Reports.
Works on time and follows the dress and appearance code.
Enforces all safety policies.
Understands the functions of all chemical room equipment.
Assists Site Manager with tunnel and chemical room equipment repairs.
Cleans out solenoids.
Performs opening/closing procedures.
Maintains site cleanliness and upkeep.
