Requirements

  • A prior journeyman electrician or master electrician license is required.

Responsibilities

  • Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained.
  • Evaluating the performance of workers, rewarding high performers and disciplining employees who fail to meet reasonable standards of work performance.
  • Supervise and coordinate daily activities of electricians, apprentices, and subcontractors while ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications.
  • Review project drawings, specifications, schedules, and RFIs to support accurate installation, project execution, and overall job site productivity.
  • Coordinate manpower, materials, tools, and equipment needed for project completion while communicating project updates, delays, and field concerns with Project Managers and leadership.
  • Lead daily safety meetings, job hazard analyses (JHAs), and provide training, mentorship, and technical guidance to electricians and apprentices.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
