About The Position

In this position, you will directly manage and oversee the day-to-day electrical activities on our new construction residential projects. You will administer the company's standard operating procedures to ensure a fully functional electrical system per code. Additionally, you will help ensure that quality and customer satisfaction are maintained throughout the construction process. Salary based on experience.

Requirements

• 5 years or more of previous new construction residential and/or commercial construction experience is a must.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience.
• This position requires candidates have the ability and experience necessary to manage the electrical scope on our projects from start to finish.
• Thorough knowledge of electrical installation and the technical aspects of your trade, combined with a strong knowledge and ability to read and interpret construction plans.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Must pass a drug screening.

• Bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage quality and code compliance through job site team.
• Perform daily verification of install per design with inspections, create punch lists.
• Manage work scope, piece rate and hourly reporting.
• Timely communication of change order needs to customer.
• Provide details for the production team to clarify job site needs and to document job site activities and communication.
• Proactively improve crew efficiency through job readiness checks.
• Effectively communicate with builder and customer representatives; punctually attend meetings as required.
• Sets expectations for quality and productivity needs with crews.
• Proactively ensure job site safety.
