About The Position

At Pattison Agriculture, we are seeking multiple Shift Agricultural Service Technicians to join our fast-paced dealership in Kamsack, SK. This role offers the opportunity to work with state-of-the-art ag technology and be part of the future of agriculture. Service Technicians are responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining agricultural and turf equipment, delivering exceptional service to customers. As part of one of Canada's top John Deere dealer organizations, you will perform quality work in a friendly, collaborative environment that fosters learning and growth. The shift structure may be rotational, including compressed work weeks, days, evenings, and weekends.

Requirements

The ability to use diagnostic tools and basic computer functions
3+ years of experience performing complex service repairs and maintenance
Candidates ideally will possess a Journeyperson Agricultural Technician certification or equivalent in a mechanical field (i.e. Heavy Equipment, Automotive)
We may consider a 3rd or 4th year Apprenticeship candidate
Knowledge and familiarity with John Deere and competitive products are a definite asset

Responsibilities

Inspection, diagnosis, repair, and service of agricultural equipment with a commitment to customer support and pride in workmanship
Use specialized tools, cutting edge technology, and innovative solutions to diagnose and complete complex repairs
Perform preventative maintenance based on manufacturer schedule/standards
Maintain current knowledge of John Deere agriculture products
Participate in John Deere University, and dealer-led training to further develop skills and technical capabilities
