About The Position

At Pattison Agriculture, we are looking for multiple shift Agricultural Service Technicians to join our fast-paced, energetic dealership in Humboldt, SK. This is a new shift structure for this location, and shifts may rotate to include morning, afternoon, or evening shifts, with potential for modified/compressed work weeks. Requirements

The ability to use diagnostic tools and basic computer functions
3+ years of experience performing complex service repairs and maintenance
Candidates ideally will possess a Journeyperson Agricultural Technician certification or equivalent in a mechanical field (i.e. Heavy Equipment, Automotive)
We may consider a 3rd or 4th year Apprenticeship candidate
Knowledge and familiarity with John Deere and competitive products are a definite asset

Responsibilities

Inspection, diagnosis, repair, and service of agricultural equipment with a commitment to customer support and pride in workmanship
Use specialized tools, cutting edge technology, and innovative solutions to diagnose and complete complex repairs
Perform preventative maintenance based on manufacturer schedule/standards
Maintain current knowledge of John Deere agriculture products
Participate in John Deere University, and dealer-led training to further develop skills and technical capabilities
