About The Position

Team Max Impact, a growing Domino’s franchise operating in Northern Colorado and Southern Wyoming, is seeking a Shift Runner. The role involves operating store equipment; stocking and rotating ingredients; preparing products; receiving and processing telephone and internet orders; counting inventory; completing paperwork; and cleaning equipment and the facility. It also involves customer service and may include safely driving the employee’s own vehicle to deliver products. On-the-job training includes customer service orientation, an interactive computer program, and hands-on practice.

Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, sit, lift, carry, push, climb ladders or stairs, stoop or bend, crouch or squat, and reach and grasp to use machines, tools, equipment, and work aids.
• Ability to tolerate varying temperatures and conditions indoors and outdoors.
• Ability to comprehend and communicate verbally and in writing with customers and co-workers, in person and over the phone.
• Ability to safely drive a personal vehicle and navigate roads, maps, adverse terrain, and delivery-site stairs while carrying products.
• Ability to accurately add, subtract, multiply, and divide to make correct monetary change; a calculator may be used.
