About The Position

Responsible for conducting routine servicing to all manufacturing equipment and leading repairs of all equipment to maintain maximum equipment productivity.

Requirements

• Maintenance
• Operations of multimeter and amp meter
• Preventative maintenance
• Changing bearings, various types of shafts, gearboxes, sprockets and chains
• Belt replacement and tracking
• Pneumatic replacement and/or rebuild
• Knowledge of electrical diagrams and schematics
• Replacing breakers, contacts, coils, timers, etc.
• Programming PLCs, soft starts and inverters
• Voltage 24V up to 575V
• Welding and fabrication
• Operation of forklift
• Operation of scissor lift
• Capable of performing tasks including but not limited to: working at heights and working in confined spaces
• Able to read, write and convey ideas.
• Must be able to life at least 50 pounds with adequate body flexibility.
