Shift Manager
About The Position
As a Shift Manager, you help operate the restaurant day to day and support the management team in ensuring that each shift runs smoothly. You help team members through performance and training initiatives and provide exceptional customer service to encourage customers to return. The listed base pay range is $15.00 to $22.80 per hour; actual pay depends on factors such as experience, education, training, and location, and may vary with state or local minimum-wage requirements. Hourly team members are eligible for overtime in accordance with applicable law and Inspire Brands policy.
Requirements
- At least six months of restaurant or retail management experience.
- Examples of providing exceptional customer service.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Eligible to work in the U.S.
