About The Position

Five Guys Burgers and Fries is hiring a Shift Manager for a brand-new location. The role is suited to outgoing, high-energy, customer-service-oriented individuals who can help deliver a positive experience for employees and customers. Managers are trained to work throughout the restaurant, including the register, grill, morning preparation, and evening closing. The work environment is team-based, fast-paced, and involves communication and rotating tasks. Management members who achieve full-time status are offered health insurance, including dental coverage, and the company also offers a 401(k) with employer matching after 1,000 hours worked, discounted meals, starting pay with performance-based increases, and advancement opportunities.
