About The Position
Cousins Subs is seeking a Shift Manager to lead store operations during a shift, support the crew, and help provide a positive guest experience. The role includes working hands-on in store tasks, coaching and training team members, and maintaining food safety, order accuracy, and cleanliness. The company offers training and opportunities to advance into higher-level leadership roles, and often promotes from within.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of leadership experience, preferably in food service.
- Dependable, organized, and team-focused.
- Good communication skills and a positive leadership approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead the team during a shift and keep service running smoothly.
- Assist with food preparation, cashiering, sandwich-line work, and cleaning as needed.
- Coach team members and train new hires.
- Ensure food safety, order accuracy, and store cleanliness.
- Handle minor issues and help create a great guest experience.
