About The Position

Cousins Subs is seeking a Shift Manager to lead the team during a shift, keep store service running smoothly, support crew members, and help provide a positive guest experience. The position involves hands-on work in food preparation, cashiering, the sandwich line, and cleaning, as well as coaching and training team members. Shift Managers help maintain food safety, order accuracy, and store cleanliness, and address minor issues.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of leadership experience, preferably in food service.
• Dependability, organization, and a team-focused approach.
• Good communication skills and a positive leadership style.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team during a shift and keep service running smoothly.
• Assist with food preparation, cashiering, the sandwich line, and cleaning as needed.
