About The Position

Cousins Subs is hiring a Shift Manager to lead store operations during a shift, support the crew, and help ensure smooth service. The role combines team leadership and hands-on restaurant work, including food preparation, cashiering, sandwich-line work, and cleaning. The Shift Manager coaches team members, trains new hires, maintains food safety and order accuracy, and helps provide a positive guest experience. Cousins Subs offers training and opportunities to advance into higher-level leadership roles, often through internal promotion.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of leadership experience, preferably in food service.
• Dependable, organized, and team-focused.
• Good communication skills and a positive leadership approach.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team during the shift and keep service running smoothly.
• Help with food preparation, cashiering, sandwich-line work, and cleaning as needed.
• Coach team members and train new hires.
• Ensure food safety, order accuracy, and store cleanliness.
