About The Position

The Assistant Store Manager is a member of the location management team and provides hands-on leadership, training, safety guidance, motivation, and direction to store teammates. The role helps ensure that operational objectives, store financial performance, and guest service meet or exceed company goals while maintaining an energetic and fun working environment for all team members.

The position may also perform the duties of other store team members, including Lube Techs and Mechanics / Certified Technicians, as business needs or team member absences require. Previous vehicle maintenance experience is strongly preferred but not required; training is available for candidates with a stable work history in a physical environment and supervisory experience. A current and valid driver's license is required.
