About The Position
Cousins Subs is seeking a Shift Manager to lead a store team during shifts, keep service running smoothly, and support the crew. The role combines team leadership and coaching with hands-on work across food preparation, cashiering, the sandwich line, and cleaning. The Shift Manager helps ensure food safety, order accuracy, store cleanliness, and a positive guest experience, while handling minor issues and training new hires. Requirements
- At least 1 year of leadership experience, preferably in food service.
- Dependable, organized, and team-focused.
- Good communication skills and a positive leadership approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
