Requirements

• Previous leadership experience (Shift Lead, Supervisor, or Manager) in food service or retail.
• High energy and ability to perform in loud, high-volume environments.
• Reliable and ethical, leading by example with punctuality and a willingness to help the team.
• Desire to be part of a company that funds charity work locally and globally.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the kitchen operations including the grill, fry station, and dressing table to ensure food freshness and quality.
• Coach and mentor Crew Members, maintain high morale, and uphold the "No Jerks" culture.
• Ensure the team meets quality, cleanliness, and speed standards, preparing for Weekly Secret Shoppers.
• Lead high-energy customer service, resolve issues promptly, and maintain a spotless dining room.
