Requirements

• Previous leadership experience (Shift Lead, Supervisor, or Manager) in food service or retail.
• Ability to thrive in loud, high-volume environments and maintain composure during busy periods.
• Reliable and ethical, leading by example with punctuality and a willingness to help the team.
• Desire to be part of a company that funds charity work locally and globally.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the grill, fry station, and dressing table to ensure "no freezer" freshness is handled perfectly.
• Guide Crew Members, keep morale high, and ensure the "No Jerks" culture is maintained.
• Ensure the team is always ready for Weekly Secret Shoppers by maintaining quality, cleanliness, and speed.
• Lead high-energy service, resolve issues on the fly, and ensure the dining room is spotless.
