Requirements

• Previous leadership experience (Shift Lead, Supervisor, or Manager) in food service or retail.
• High energy and ability to thrive in loud, high-volume environments.
• Ability to remain calm when the line is out the door.
• Reliable and ethical; leads by example, shows up on time, works hard, and helps the team.
• Desire to be part of a company that funds charity work locally and globally.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the grill, fry station, and dressing table to ensure "no freezer" freshness is handled perfectly.
• Guide Crew Members, keep morale high, and ensure the "No Jerks" culture stays alive.
• Ensure the team is always ready for our Weekly Secret Shoppers by maintaining quality, cleanliness, and speed.
• Lead high-energy service, resolve issues on the fly, and ensure the dining room is spotless.
