About The Position

Marco's Pizza is seeking engaged and accountable Shift Leaders to help maintain a close-knit, values-based store environment. The Shift Leader works productively and supervises store crews so they fulfill their responsibilities and the restaurant achieves customer satisfaction and profitability during the shift. The role calls for a courteous, safety-conscious team member who can remain focused in a fast-paced environment, communicate tactfully, and help the team succeed.

Requirements

Experience preferred.
Strong, professional, and courteous work ethic, with integrity and moral conduct that reflect favorably on the employee and Marco's Pizza.
Ability to work as part of an engaged team.
Ability to accurately and efficiently count money and make change.
Basic mathematical skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
Ability to communicate tactfully with supervisors, teammates, and Guests, both verbally and in writing.
Ability to comply with safety and security policies and procedures.
Ability to remain calm and focused in high-tempo, stressful environments.
Ability to work flexible hours and schedules.
Comfort using technology and restaurant equipment safely and efficiently.
