Shift Leader – Carl’s Jr. Location: 1285 SW Booth Bend Rd. in McMinnville, OR Hours: Full time hours available, based on business need and your performance. We are a franchisee of Carl’s Jr and a family-owned business with locations throughout Oregon and Washington. We believe our guests are #1 and we treat them as such. Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older
Be in possession of or able to obtain a food handler’s permit within 30 days of starting
Able to stand, bend and stoop for long periods of time
Work with various cleaning products
Able to lift up to 50 pounds
Possess basic math skills

Responsibilities

Perform all Crew position duties
Train and supervise Crew Members
Plan, organize and implement all daily operational routines and activities
Monitor and maintain proper staffing level and labor costs
Open and close as needed
Enforce and maintain all Quality, Service and Cleanliness standards
Ensure all customers receive service beyond their expectations
