Shift Leader – Carl’s Jr. Location: 1285 SW Booth Bend Rd. in McMinnville, OR Hours: Full time hours available, based on business need and your performance. We are a franchisee of Carl’s Jr and a family-owned business with locations throughout Oregon and Washington. We believe our guests are #1 and we treat them as such. Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Be in possession of or able to obtain a food handler’s permit within 30 days of starting
  • Able to stand, bend and stoop for long periods of time
  • Work with various cleaning products
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Possess basic math skills

Responsibilities

  • Perform all Crew position duties
  • Train and supervise Crew Members
  • Plan, organize and implement all daily operational routines and activities
  • Monitor and maintain proper staffing level and labor costs
  • Open and close as needed
  • Enforce and maintain all Quality, Service and Cleanliness standards
  • Ensure all customers receive service beyond their expectations
