About The Position
Taco John's of Iowa is seeking motivated candidates for a Shift Leader position to join their quick-service restaurant team. This role is essential to the success of the restaurant, focusing on delivering savory results to customers by being efficient and accurate. The Shift Leader oversees shift positions and duties, manages food quality, safety, and cost, and handles all cash transactions accurately. The position requires working as part of a team, accepting new tasks with enthusiasm, and having a willingness to learn. The Shift Leader must also be able to converse with customers and resolve complaints, demonstrating reliability and consistency by showing up to work on time with a positive attitude.
Requirements
- 6 months experience in the restaurant industry
- Fantastic communication skills
- Willingness to learn
- Food Handler's Permit
- Can stand for long periods of time
- Pass background check
