Shift Leader

You will also assist the management team in providing team member support and coaching to ensure tasks are performed effectively, helping America Run on Dunkin’.
Requirements
- Able to fluently speak/read English.
- 18 years of age (or higher, per applicable law).
- Ability to follow all food handling procedures and sanitation practices.
- Ability to lift 25 pounds at a time.
- Must be able to stand for long periods, bend, lift, and reach over your head.
- Exceptional time management, attention to detail, and guest service skills.
Nice To Haves
- Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience preferred.
- Passion for results by building teams.
- You know what it takes to be in the smile-making business.
Responsibilities
