About The Position

Noah's New York Bagels is seeking a Shift Leader to join their team. As a Shift Leader, you will collaborate directly with the General Manager to motivate the team, deliver a great guest experience, and set the morale and tone of the team. You will provide feedback and coach team members, and be responsible for opening and closing the store with little to no supervision. The team takes pride in ensuring the quality of food and beverages, and maintaining a safe and clean store environment. This role offers opportunities for career growth, with many General Managers having started as Shift Leaders.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years or older
• Must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates including early hours (as early as 3am depending on the restaurant) and weekends
• Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law
• Must be in possession of, or able to acquire, a ServSafe Certification prior to completion of leadership training
• Possession of a current, valid, state issued driver’s license (always preferred but only required at specific locations) and meet the driving qualifications as required by Company policy
