About The Position

Marco's Pizza is seeking engaged, accountable Shift Leaders to help lead store crews in a close-knit, values-based environment. The Shift Leader works productively and supervises the crew to ensure team members perform their responsibilities, supporting customer satisfaction and restaurant profitability during their shift. The role also involves coaching team members to provide guests with a great experience.
