About The Position

Marco's Pizza is seeking a Shift Leader to help lead its store crew and maintain a values-based, close-knit family environment. The Shift Leader works productively and supervises store crew members to ensure they fulfill their responsibilities and that the restaurant achieves customer satisfaction and profitability during the shift. The role includes coaching team members to provide guests with a five-star experience.

Requirements

• Experience is preferred.
