Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Have a food handler’s permit or obtain one within 30 days of starting.
  • Possess basic math skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Great attitude.
  • Open minded to learning new skills.
  • Customer service and people skills.

Responsibilities

  • Perform all Crew position duties, and train and supervise Crew Members.
  • Plan, organize and implement all daily operational routines and activities.
  • Monitor and maintain proper staffing level and labor costs.
  • Open and close as needed.
  • Enforce and maintain all Quality, Service and Cleanliness standards.
  • Ensure all customers receive service beyond their expectations.
