Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older.
Have a food handler’s permit or obtain one within 30 days of starting.
Possess basic math skills.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Great attitude.
Open minded to learning new skills.
Customer service and people skills.

Responsibilities

Perform all Crew position duties, and train and supervise Crew Members.
Plan, organize and implement all daily operational routines and activities.
Monitor and maintain proper staffing level and labor costs.
Open and close as needed.
Enforce and maintain all Quality, Service and Cleanliness standards.
Ensure all customers receive service beyond their expectations.
