Shift Leads assume the responsibility for managing the restaurant when the AGM or GM are out of the building. This role involves running great front-of-house shifts, ensuring food and beverage quality is at its highest possible level by following preparation standards, and abiding by all company policies. The ideal candidate will come to work with a good attitude, be willing to help with any aspect of the store needed during their shift, and be prompt and ready to work when scheduled. Communication with Shift Supervisors, AGM, or GM about improving the store or making the job better is encouraged. Staying busy and keeping the work area and the entire restaurant clean and tidy is also a key responsibility.
