About The Position

Shift Leads assume the responsibility for managing the restaurant when the AGM or GM are out of the building. S1 - Running Great Front of House Shifts. Illegal Pete's has been pushing the boundaries of what fast casual food is since 1995. It’s a place where people actually want to hang out. It is a place for Burritos Buddies and Beer! We use only the highest quality ingredients to make the best damn food and drinks you can find. Food that you will be proud to serve to your friends, your family, and every guest. BUT….we go beyond serving delicious food and drinks, we are a part of the community. It is our mission to help give back to our crew, customers, and community by doing things the right way.

Requirements

Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time, ability to reach, bend, stoop and lift up to 50 pounds.
Certain other physical requirements may apply, as reasonably applicable in a standard kitchen/restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

Follow Illegal Pete's preparations guide and ensure the food quality is at its highest possible level.
Abide by all company policy.
Come to work with a good attitude.
Be willing to help out with any aspect of the store that is needed during your shift.
Provide that food and beverage quality is at its highest level by knowing all preparation standards for all food and drinks.
Be prompt and ready to work when you are scheduled.
Communicate with Shift Supervisors, AGM or GM about improving the store or making your job better.
Stay busy keeping your area as well as the entire restaurant clean and tidy.
Create an atmosphere that celebrates individuality and relaxed human connection.
Deliver excellent guest service.
Communicate effectively with guests and team members.
Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality.
