About The Position

Marco's Pizza is seeking Shift Leaders to supervise store crews and help maintain a close-knit, values-based team environment. The Shift Leader works productively and ensures crew members perform their responsibilities so the restaurant can achieve customer satisfaction and profitability during the shift. Candidates should be engaged, accountable, and responsible, and must be able to adopt Marco's Cultural Beliefs. Experience is preferred, and advancement opportunities are available.

Requirements

Experience preferred.
