About The Position

Bad Daddy’s Burger Bar is looking for a Shift Leader to join our leadership team! This role offers the opportunity to have a voice in an “uncorporate” setting within a young, growing company with room for advancement. The ideal candidate will be driven, patient, and prioritize leading by example while fostering a positive employee and guest experience.

Requirements

Ability to pass a background check.
Ability to have fun and joke around while still getting the job done.
Passion for developing and coaching people by lifting them up.
Desire to improve time management, organization, and communication skills.
Prioritize leading by example rather than having an “I am the boss mentality”.
Must be driven and patient.
Server permit required for hire in Oklahoma, Georgia, and Tennessee if working in the Front of House.

Responsibilities

Run the floor or kitchen creating a positive employee and guest experience.
Support in the dining room, bar, and kitchen during peak hours.
Partner with the team to drive the best experience for the guest while being efficient and following company standards.
Perform administrative activities such as inventory, cash handling, and ordering to assist the management team.
