Requirements

Prior experience in retail, preferably in home decor or kitchenware
Proficiency with using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
Strong numerical aptitude and technical proficiency, with the ability to handle ordering and stock management efficiently
Lift up to 40lbs
Ladder use up to 10 feet
Stand/walk for 8 hours
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed
Work additional shifts during peak holiday season

Responsibilities

Deliver best-in-class customer service to ensure a seamless and satisfying customer experience
Act as an escalation point for resolving complex customer issues and complaints with professionalism and empathy
Monitor customer satisfaction and implement continuous improvements in service delivery
Nurture relationships with high-value clients, designers, and community partners
Lead, coach, and develop store staff to ensure a high-performance team culture focused on results, service, and accountability
Ensure operational compliance with brand standards, safety regulations, and internal policies
Maintain a pristine and visually compelling store environment aligned with the brand’s luxury positioning
Assist with planning and execution of in-store and offsite events.
Act as Manager on Duty during all shifts
Support inventory audits, cycle counts and inventory management tasks
Maintain and support inventory by ensuring accurate customer order processing
