Requirements

  • Prior experience in retail, preferably in home decor or kitchenware
  • Proficiency with using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
  • Strong numerical aptitude and technical proficiency, with the ability to handle ordering and stock management efficiently
  • Lift up to 40lbs
  • Ladder use up to 10 feet
  • Stand/walk for 8 hours
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed
  • Work additional shifts during peak holiday season

Responsibilities

  • Deliver best-in-class customer service to ensure a seamless and satisfying customer experience
  • Act as an escalation point for resolving complex customer issues and complaints with professionalism and empathy
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and implement continuous improvements in service delivery
  • Nurture relationships with high-value clients, designers, and community partners
  • Lead, coach, and develop store staff to ensure a high-performance team culture focused on results, service, and accountability
  • Ensure operational compliance with brand standards, safety regulations, and internal policies
  • Maintain a pristine and visually compelling store environment aligned with the brand’s luxury positioning
  • Assist with planning and execution of in-store and offsite events.
  • Act as Manager on Duty during all shifts
  • Support inventory audits, cycle counts and inventory management tasks
  • Maintain and support inventory by ensuring accurate customer order processing
