About The Position

Shift Leaders are part of our family and must be able to perform all Crew position duties, and train and supervise Crew Members. They are responsible for planning, organizing, and implementing all daily operational routines and activities, monitoring and maintaining proper staffing levels and labor costs, and opening and closing as needed. The Shift Leader will enforce and maintain all Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards, and ensure all customers receive service beyond their expectations. This role is at the Carl's Jr. located at 22667 NE Glisan St. in Wood Village, OR. The company is a franchisee of Carl’s Jr. and a family-owned business with locations throughout Oregon and Washington, emphasizing a fun and supportive environment, excellent guest service, and a commitment to quality and flavor.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Have a food handler’s permit or obtain one within 30 days of starting.
  • Possess basic math skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Eligibility is subject to duties and requirements.
