About The Position

We’re looking for an individual contributor with recognized skills in a specialized role in the field of Distribution/Transportation. This role involves using data management systems, carrying out supplier management activities, coordinating subcontractors and suppliers, managing clients, providing operational support services, and sometimes acting as a first-line supervisor of a transactional operations area. The role also includes developing personal capabilities and coaching others.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Level Experience (Over 3 years to 6 years)
Experience of supervising and directing people and other resources to achieve specific end results within limited timeframes
Excellent Verbal Communication
Basic experience of coordinating the work of others (4 to 6 months)
Ability to build partnerships and work collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives

Responsibilities

Use data management systems to access specific information as and when required.
Carry out a range of supplier management activities.
Deliver required outcomes by coordinating activities of subcontractors and suppliers and acting as a primary point of contact for them while working within an established contract management plan.
Help manage clients by carrying out standard activities and providing support to others.
Provide operational support services and sometimes act as first-line supervisor of a transactional operations area.
Develop personal capabilities using existing formal and informal training opportunities, while also coaching others as required.
