About The Position

The Shift Lead is responsible for creating and maintaining genuine, uplifting interactions with customers. This role requires flexibility in scheduling, including early mornings and late nights, and regular availability to work weekends and holidays. The Shift Lead must be able to work carefully and quickly with various items, including hot water, coffee, glass bottles, and dairy products. Additionally, the position involves working outdoors for extended periods in various weather conditions, lifting up to 50 pounds, and being on your feet for several hours at a time. Other physical requirements include climbing ladders, stocking, cleaning, and safely navigating the drive-through lane.

Requirements

Ability to work a flexible schedule, which can include early mornings and late nights.
Regularly works weekends and is available to work holidays if necessary.
Can create and maintain genuine, uplifting interactions.
Work carefully and quickly with hot water and coffee, glass bottles, and dairy products.
Can work outside for prolonged periods, regardless of weather conditions.

Climb a ladder and use a step ladder.
Sit, stand, bend, kneel, twist, and squat as necessary to stock and clean.
Safely walk in between and around cars in the drive through lane.
