About The Position

The Shift Lead is responsible for ensuring smooth operations during their shift, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a positive work environment. This role requires flexibility in scheduling, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays. The Shift Lead must be able to create genuine, uplifting interactions with customers and team members. They will also be responsible for tasks that require careful and quick work with various materials and in different environments, including working outdoors and handling physical demands.

Requirements

Ability to work a flexible schedule, which can include early mornings and late nights.
Regularly works weekends and is available to work holidays if necessary.
Can create and maintain genuine, uplifting interactions.
Work carefully and quickly with hot water and coffee, glass bottles, and dairy products.
Can work outside for prolonged periods, regardless of weather conditions.
Lift up to 50 pounds.
Work on their feet for several hours at a time.
Climb a ladder and use a step ladder.
Sit, stand, bend, kneel, twist, and squat as necessary to stock and clean.
Safely walk in between and around cars in the drive through lane.
Safely use a utility knife.
