Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Experience with Starbucks, McDonald's, Crew/Shift Supervisor, Hourly Hospitality Manager, Production Supervisor, or Restaurant Lead
Responsibilities
- Leading and motivating your team to deliver an exceptional guest experience
- Running smooth, organized shifts that hit operations and service goals
- Managing cash, sales, and daily administrative duties
- Ensuring food quality, safety, and cleanliness standards are always met
