About The Position
Terzo Enterprises is a logistics company specializing in the repair, refurbishment, and re-manufacturing of pallets. This role is responsible for guiding the execution of the daily production plan and standards for safety, security, and productivity, while adhering to quality criteria. The position is for the 3rd Shift, Monday-Friday, 9 pm - 5 am, with potential for overtime and weekend work based on business needs.
Requirements
- Must be 18+ years old
- Frequent lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying, and flipping of 75-to-85-pound pallets.
Nice To Haves
- Basic tool knowledge is a plus
Responsibilities
- Guide the execution of the daily production plan and standards for safety, security, and productivity.
- Adhere to quality criteria.
- Comply with all safety procedures while performing job duties using Personal Protection Equipment (PPE).
- Train and guide operators on repairing pallets at a rate that meets company and safety standards.
- Visually inspect and audit pallets and determine rework needed.
- Communicate with Shipping/Receiving regularly on needs and status.
- Communicate with Shift Supervisor consistently for guidance and priorities.
- Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
