About The Position
Terzo is a logistics company specializing in the repair, refurbishment, and re-manufacturing of pallets. This role is for a 3rd Shift Lead responsible for guiding the execution of the daily production plan and standards for safety, security, and productivity, while adhering to quality criteria.
Requirements
- Must be 18+ years old
- Frequent lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying, and flipping of 75-to-85-pound pallets.
Nice To Haves
- Basic tool knowledge is a plus
Responsibilities
- Guiding the execution of the daily production plan and standards for safety, security, and productivity.
- Adhering to quality criteria.
- Complying with all safety procedures while performing job duties using Personal Protection Equipment (PPE).
- Training and guiding operators on repairing pallets at a rate that meets company and safety standards.
- Visually inspecting and auditing pallets and determining rework needed.
- Communicating with Shipping/Receiving regularly on needs and status.
- Communicating with Shift Supervisor consistently for guidance and priorities.
- Maintaining a clean, neat, and orderly work area.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
