About The Position

Drybar is seeking a Shift Lead to join their team in Allen, Texas. This full-time position is ideal for individuals passionate about customer service, leadership, and thriving in a fast-paced, fun environment. Drybar specializes in blowouts and is a growing brand with over 125 shops. The Shift Lead will be a key part of a supportive, driven, and stylish team.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
1+ year of experience in a fast-paced retail, beauty, restaurant, or hospitality setting.
Proven leadership ability (e.g., led a shift, trained teammates, managed operations).
Passion for customer service and a people-first mindset.
Understanding of inventory and basic loss prevention practices.
Excellent time management skills, including prioritization and delegation.
Team player with stellar communication and problem-solving skills.
Motivated, upbeat, and reliable.
Willingness to undergo background checks as required by law.

Nice To Haves

A current cosmetology license is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead the team during shifts, maintaining high energy from check-in to checkout.
Manage the daily flow of the shop, including assigning clients to Stylists and organizing breaks.
Monitor and maintain inventory, place orders, and ensure the shop is well-stocked.
Uphold company policies and safety regulations, reporting any concerns to management.
Assist with bartender trainings.
Create a positive, solution-focused environment and model Drybar's commitment to excellence.
Support the front desk by providing information on promotions and merchandise.
Assist with administrative tasks and potentially step into Bartender or Stylist roles if licensed and trained.
