Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year of experience in a fast-paced retail, beauty, restaurant, or hospitality setting
  • Proven leadership ability—you’ve led a shift, trained teammates, or managed operations before
  • Passion for customer service and a people-first mindset
  • Understanding of inventory and basic loss prevention practices
  • Excellent time management—you know how to prioritize and delegate like a boss
  • A team player with stellar communication and problem-solving skills
  • Motivated, upbeat, and reliable—you bring the good vibes every day
  • Willing to undergo background checks as required by law

Nice To Haves

  • A current cosmetology license is a plus (but not required)

Responsibilities

  • Be the go-to leader on shift—guiding the team and keeping the shop energy high from check-in to checkout
  • Manage the daily flow—assigning clients to Stylists, organizing breaks, and keeping everyone in sync
  • Monitor and maintain inventory, place orders when needed, and keep the shop stocked and looking fabulous
  • Help uphold company policies and safety regulations, and flag any concerns to Shop or Regional Manager
  • Assist with bartender trainings
  • Create a positive, solution-focused environment and model Drybar’s commitment to excellence
  • Support the front desk by providing Pipeline info and staying current on promotions and merch
  • May assist with admin tasks and step into the Bartender or Stylist role as needed (if licensed & trained)
