About The Position

85°C Bakery Cafe is hiring for Store Management Team Members. This is an opportunity for career growth within a globally recognized bakery and beverage retail business, founded on the principle of providing high-quality products at affordable prices. The Store Management team plays a crucial role in leading all aspects of store operations, including customer service, management, and training.

Requirements

Minimum of two (2) years progressive experience in fast food or other related food operations, at a leadership level position.
Strong organizational, communications and leadership skills.
Ability to multitask and work with tight deadlines to meet new or changing demands.
Proficient with Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel.
Good attendance and available to work overtime when needed.
Excellent work ethic and teamwork concepts.
Adapt and demonstrate thorough understanding of the 85°C concept.
Available to work on weekends and holidays.
Moderate physical activity required, including moderate lifting (up to 50 pounds), walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, and squatting.
Nearly continuous standing and walking, repetitive hand motions, and reaching overhead.
May be exposed to extreme temperatures of coolers and freezers.

Responsibilities

Take essential responsibility for the business performance of their respective stores.
Ensure all employees take breaks on time.
Organize and supervise the employee shifts.
Participate in management and personnel meetings.
Check stock levels and keep note of supplies.
Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health & safety.
Cross-train store associates in each department including: Bread, Cake, POS, Bar.
Perform additional duties at the store when circumstances dictate.
