About The Position

Sud Stop Car Wash is looking for an energetic and dependable Shift Lead to join their team in Pensacola, FL. The Shift Lead will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of Customer Service Attendants during their shift, ensuring excellent customer service and a safe, efficient operation. This role involves handling customer questions, feedback, and service recovery, monitoring daily operations, equipment, and site cleanliness, and promoting memberships and services to meet sales goals. The position requires working outdoors in all weather conditions, standing and moving for extended periods.

Requirements

• Previous leadership or supervisory experience (retail, hospitality, or service industry preferred)
• Customer service and/or sales experience
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Team-first mindset with the ability to lead by example
• Reliable transportation
• Comfortable working on your feet and lifting up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working outside for prolonged periods of time
• Weekend and holiday availability

Nice To Haves

• Car wash experience is a plus, but not required—we’ll train the right person!

Responsibilities
