About The Position

ModWash is hiring a Shift Lead for its Medina, Ohio location. The role supports daily car wash operations, including opening and closing the site when scheduled. The Shift Lead works with the team to drive membership sales, deliver a positive customer experience, explain package and membership options, and help maintain ModWash’s service standards and brand.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and greet customers in a friendly manner.
• Present ModWash packages and explain the benefits of unlimited wash memberships.
• Guide customers through wash packages and membership options.
• Engage with customers before and after washes to help ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with and encourage the team to meet sales goals.
• Execute opening and closing site responsibilities when scheduled.
• Maintain site service standards.
• Maintain on-site equipment and troubleshoot when needed.
• Help oversee employee productivity, breaks, and safety.
• Look for ways to improve the business.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements, company policies, and procedures.
• Keep facilities clean and presentable.
