About The Position
ModWash is seeking a Shift Lead to help deliver a high-quality car wash experience and support the daily operations of a Madison location. The role includes opening and closing responsibilities, serving customers, promoting wash packages and unlimited memberships, and helping the team meet sales goals. The Shift Lead helps maintain site standards, equipment, cleanliness, employee productivity, and safety while ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements. This position involves working outdoors in all weather conditions and engaging with customers and team members throughout the site.

Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service and greet customers with a friendly attitude.
- Present and sell ModWash packages and explain the benefits of unlimited wash memberships.
- Guide and assist guests with packages and membership options.
- Engage with customers before and after washes to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with and encourage the team to meet sales goals.
- Perform opening and closing site responsibilities when scheduled.
- Maintain site standards of service.
- Maintain on-site equipment and troubleshoot issues when needed.
- Help oversee employee productivity, breaks, and safety.
- Seek ways to improve the business.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies and procedures.
- Keep facilities clean and presentable.
