About The Position

ModWash is seeking a Shift Lead to support daily operations at its Mount Airy, North Carolina location. The role includes opening and closing responsibilities, delivering a strong customer experience, and working with the team to grow membership sales. The Shift Lead educates customers about package value and savings, helps them choose suitable wash options, and supports site standards, safety, equipment maintenance, and facility presentation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and greet customers with a friendly attitude.
• Present and sell ModWash packages and unlimited wash memberships.
• Guide customers through package and membership options safely.
• Engage with customers before and after their wash to support satisfaction.
• Collaborate with and encourage the team to meet sales goals.
• Open and close the site when scheduled.
• Maintain site service standards.
• Maintain on-site equipment and troubleshoot when needed.
• Help oversee employee productivity, breaks, and safety.
• Seek ways to improve the business.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies and procedures.
• Keep facilities clean and presentable.
