About The Position

Domino’s is hiring dependable, motivated Shift Leads to guide the team and help keep the store running smoothly. This is a hands-on leadership role in which the Shift Lead works alongside team members while helping direct the shift, maintain standards, solve problems, and foster a positive, productive work environment. The role combines customer service and store tasks—including making pizzas, cleaning, and stocking—with responsibility for shift and team performance. Previous management experience is helpful but not always required; training is available for candidates with a strong work ethic, positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to lead. They are expected to follow and help enforce company policies, food safety standards, and operating procedures. This is an active, hands-on restaurant position involving extended periods of standing and walking, frequent use of hands, lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds as needed, and working around hot ovens, food preparation equipment, and temperature changes between work areas and the walk-in cooler. Reasonable accommodations may be made for qualified individuals with disabilities to perform essential job functions. Starting pay is $12.25 per hour and may vary based on experience, availability, and qualifications. The role offers on-the-job training, hands-on leadership experience, and opportunities for advancement, including potential progression to Assistant Manager, General Manager, and beyond.
