About The Position

Domino’s Delivery Drivers safely deliver fresh customer orders while providing friendly, professional service. Between deliveries, they assist the store team with operations, including answering phones and taking orders, preparing food and products, stocking supplies, and cleaning work areas. Drivers earn hourly wages, tips, and mileage reimbursement. Tips and mileage are paid daily, while hourly wages are paid bi-weekly; actual tip earnings may vary based on shift, customer volume, location, and other factors. Flexible scheduling is offered, and the role includes on-the-job training and opportunities to grow and advance into management.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Safe driving record that meets company standards.
• Reliable access to an insured vehicle for deliveries.
• Friendly, positive, and professional attitude.
• Dependable and punctual.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to work as part of a team.
• Ability to manage time, multitask, and stay calm under pressure.
• Willingness to participate in company-required driving safety monitoring programs.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, carry orders, navigate stairs and multi-story buildings, and bend, reach, crouch, and move throughout the store.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Ability to work in varying weather and temperature conditions and drive safely during daytime and nighttime hours.
