About The Position

The Shift Lead is responsible for everything that happens during their shift at a Domino’s Pizza location, including cost, inventory, and cash control and customer relations. The role also involves staffing, paperwork, food management, working to a schedule, maintaining store standards and cleanliness, providing customer service, marketing, and supporting profitability. Reliable attendance and transportation to and from work are expected.

This is a full-time or part-time position at one location and is not remote. The company encourages military-experienced candidates to apply. The posting notes that 90% of franchisees started their careers as General Managers and that many local store owners began as delivery drivers and pizza makers.

Requirements

• Restaurant experience of 1 year is preferred.
• High school or equivalent education is preferred.
• A driver’s license is preferred.
