This role involves providing superior service to customers, assisting in the planning and coordination of daily restaurant operations, and supporting employee training. The coordinator will supervise and assist with various operational tasks including line set-up, food preparation, customer service, cleaning, dishwashing, and bartending. They are also responsible for ensuring compliance with alcohol service regulations, managing front-of-house inventory, and adhering to health and safety procedures. Additionally, the role requires preparing administrative reports, executing opening and closing duties, resolving operational issues, and monitoring food and service quality. Regular communication with the Restaurant Manager and attendance at staff meetings are expected.
